I'm gonna start off simple ~ I want to begin again counting calories and measuring my food. Do some kind of exercise every day and drink water (on my days off) kind of using the water instead of food to fill up the empty spots when I am hungry.

May 1 ~ Did't do well today in any area ~ tomorrow's another day.
May 2 ~ Walked 40 min ~ measured and counted most of the day ~ some water (ate too much in the evening)
May 3 ~ Walked 20 min two times ~ measured and counted ~ some water ~ worked, so didn't have the evening munchies to struggle with.
May 4 ~ Walked 20 min one time ~ ate ok ~ water not as much
May 5 ~ Didn't get any exercise in ~ ate so-so ~ water not as good
May 6 ~ Rode my bike 1/2 hour ~ food ok until the evening, then I struggled ~ water not so good.
May 7 ~ Headache today messed me up ~ didn't eat good, didn't feel up to exercising ~ all my efforts were to get rid of headache so I would be fit to go to work tonight.
May 8 ~ Ate fair ~ didn't get in any exercise ~ water so-so.
May 9 ~ Ate fair ~ exercise was playing catch and shooting hoops ~ water so-so.
May 10 ~ Walked 15 min ~ ate fair ~ water so-so.
May 11 ~ Ate fair ~ exercise today was bowling ~ water so-so.
May 12 ~ Ate fair ~ walked 20 minutes ~ water so-so.
