Just a quick HI . . .

It is snowing -- just for a change -- I now have two cats at the Vet's . . . Purrecious went in yesterday. Looks like it will soon be three because Mouse just started sneezing and squinting, too. Hope I can wrestle him into a cage to make the trip. At least the Vet tells me that Frack is finally showing signs of recovering.

See you later . . .

Hello again . . .

Another day of snow . . . :mad . . . getting really tedious.

Two cats spending the weekend at the Vet's (Frack; this is her second weekend; and Mouse). Purrecious is back home and trying to fight this off on her own (because neither the Vet or I can get meds into her eyes. Frick and Blizzard are still showing only very, very mild signs of the virus. I just hope they are all okay by this time next week when I'm getting ready to leave for Ontario.

Anyway . . . here is just one more reason we all need to control our weight -- at least if you are a rat, but it makes sense that it would apply to humans too . . . http://www.everydayhealth.com/public...12/12&q1=&cen=

Have a great evening everybody . . . see you soon . . .

GOSH WHERE IS EVERYONE ?

I'm just flying by to say "HELLO" I too am busy, my phone hasn't stopped ringing all morning.
Just wanted to let you know that I maintained for the 3rd week in a row.I take that as a good thing, especially this time of year. I now have my M_I_L here and she requires a lot of my (extra time) ? She will be staying until the 29th, unless the weather turns bad and then it will be the 5th. I just thought I was depressed awhile back, believe me by the end of this year I will KNOW I'm depressed, but at least I will know why

All of you must be out shopping, we've left poor Meowee here talking to herself once again. Hi Linda, sorry about that

Gotta run hope to write again on Friday.

Talking Getting to my goal of losing 100+ pounds!!

Hi Everyone,
Just located this forum. I usually blog when I am on the chicks website.
I started my diet journey Christmas week 2006 and to date have lost 84 pounds and am working toward my 100+ pound goal
My daughter is getting married January 1st and that was one of my motivations to be 5 sizes smaller. I started in a size 24 and am now in a size 14/16 depending on what we are talking about. I wear a 14 skirt and pants and a 16 in the top (my arms are still fat).
I know I won't lose the additional 20 lbs. by her wedding but I am gonna give it my best shot.
Happy to see all of you winners on here making and reaching your goals!
Wishing you all the best!!!
Judy

WOW, JUDY, that is wonderful,84 lbs this year, Thanks for coming over and sharing that with us. Congratulations on your daughters wedding,
hope you will stick around and have some fun with us.

Well LINDA, looks like everyone else has abandoned us. How are things at your house with you kitties, I am almost afraid to ask. I hope you have a wonderful
Christmas, will you be with family?

To the rest of our gang MERRY CHRISTMAS !!
I probably won't be back now to post until Wednesday, but I will try to get on and read what's going on here on Monday, if I have time between patients.
We are supposed to get snow again tonight, we still have plenty on the ground and the streets are just getting cleared off. They are calling for lots of wind for the
next couple of days so it will feel cold no matter what. Guess I will just light a fire
in my wood stove and cuddle up with a good book, yea right.

Have to run have a great day all , DONNA

Hi gang . . .

Just wanted to wish everybody a Very Merry and extremely Happy and Healthy WHATEVER it is thay you may be celebrating over the next couple of weeks.

Cats are all at home and all seem pretty good right now, and it is good to be back to the normal level of chaos.

I probably won't have a chance to check in here while I'm away . . . but you never know, I might get lucky. Hang in there gang and I'll start the new thread on January 3 when I'm back.

See you later . . . keep doing the good stuff just as much as you can . . .

Hi Everyone! Just wanted to wish all of you a very Merry christmas. I know I haven't been around much, but hopefully after the New Year. Just have so much going on taking care of my Dad and Mom, plus my own house, that time just fly's by.

Yea!!!!!!!!!!! Hubby finally got a job. He starts the day after Christmas.

It's the day after Christmas and I am back at work and I am I got to change my tracker, finally !!!! DOWN 2 LBS. It has stayed at that weight for a week now so I decided I could officially change it. I guess having the m-i-l around needing so much help has been good for my weight loss at least, not so great for the nerves. We had a wonderful day yesterday and look forward to the weekend when we take m-i-l back and then go on to our daughters to have Christmas with all of our kids and grandkids. Had a white Christmas, started snowing about 2pm and snowed until sometime during the night. Real light fluffy stuff so not much of it. We are supposed to get more tomorrow.
Hope everyone had a great Holiday now we can plan for the New Year.
