    Do you do a challenge each month? Is there a new one starting for October? It seems like a great way to stay accountable.

    Hi Barb,

    Yes - I just posted it. Please come and join the fun. I find it REALLY helpful for me. Sometimes, when I don't feel like exercising, I think of my thread & decide I will.
