Is it still Saturday?? <looking around> Must be. Things're pretty quiet hereabouts. Well, it's almost 11 PM. I'd normally be asleep by now, but today was a really busy one, and I'm just now winding down. After yesterday's fiasco - my off-plan eating at the graduation cook-out - I didn't eat much at all today. Wasn't hungry, and was a busy bee. My bathroom is done!!!! It looks awesome!!!!!! Pics, maybe, tomorrow. Maybe. You know me & pics.
Anyway:
B-@ 3 cups of black coffee
S-None
L- None
S-None
D- I sun dried tomato Flat Out w/4 pcs. of shaved ham, 1 pc. veggie-pretend cheese, lettuce & mustard
S- 2 cups of Smart Pop popcorn (went over to my daughter's for awhile & had the popcorn there)
Exercise - Bending & stretching hanging wallpaper from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM with a couple of "rest breaks" of 15 minutes or so.
Fun - Went to T.J. Maxx this afternoon after finishing the wallpapering and before grocery shopping & found a lotion dispenser, soap dish and other ceramic thingamagiggie that look PERFECT with my new wallpaper.... also spent some time after supper "hanging" with my 3 daughters AND calling DS to sing "happy birthday" to him (we'll have a party for him when he comes for a visit in TWELVE days!!!!! Hooray!!!!! )

Ella, I don't know how you can go all day on coffee alone! I have blood sugar drops and can only go 3 hrs. without something to eat. Please don't do that often, it is not real healthy and you don't eat that much to begin with....
I know what you mean Lynn, we have to eat the fish tonight....we had low fat sub halves last night but my scales were up this a.m., I guess salt and too many carbs?
B. egg, 2 slices turkey bacon, toast
L. 1/2 turkey sandwich, fruit
S. 7 mini rice cakes, 1 wedge of lite laughing cow cheese
D. Fish, tomatoes, rice......finally having this meal!!!!
Fun: Taking hubby to Arcade for Fathers Day
Ex: Hard 1 mile walk as I skipped it yesterday

Okay, Ellabella here, reporting in from sunny downtown Bawston....'tis a lovely day indeed. FAR, far too lovely to spend here at the office, but alas, I've reached that stage in life where I'm too danged old to get real excited over work goals anymore, and not old enough to get pensioned off. Few more years of this <gulp...five, actually) and I'll be free to become a layabout (preferably on a beach, somewhere). Lynn, even with two of us eating, I seem to cook as though I still had my kids at home, and we probably end up throwing out enough to feed a small third-world country over the course of a year. Sometimes I can get one of my daughters to come and take some of it off our hands, but not too often....and especially not now that I've started making everything with low cal./high fiber ingredients. (Good thing DH is happy with it!) OH! And no, I've never added cream cheese to my mashed cauliflower, Lynn. All I add to it is "I can't believe it's not butter" spray and ground black pepper.
Here's my food for today:
B -A baggie with: 1 cup of Fiber One cereal, a handful of raisins, a handful of dried cranberries, 5 pieces of dried pineapple, a very small bit of pine nuts, and a very small amount of multigrain cheerio-looking cereal thingies. (This takes me all morning, practically, to eat). And 2 cups of black coffee
OH! And 1 small banana
S- No snack; I'm still nibbling at my baggie mix
L- 1 Flat Out w/@ 2 oz. of deli ham, 1 slice (35 calories) pretend veggie pepperjack cheese (35 cal.) and mustard; 20 cherries
S- No
D- thinly sliced roast beef (left over from yesterday's dinner) simmered in brown gravy (packaged mix) w/sliced onions over brown rice; steamed carrots. Carmel FF/low Cal pudding w/FF/lo Cal whipped cream
S - popcorn if needed (the new microwave works great )

S: Pistachios
D: Grilled chicken rolls (pounded, seasoned chicken breast rolled around a green onion, marinated and grilled with glaze)

Hey, Lynn...how long can you keep hummus, do you think? I've had a container of it in my fridge for a couple of months, now. Every time I see Hummus on your menus, I think about having some and wonder if it's still good, and then before I can check it out, I forget about it again (because I'm usually at work when I'm thinking about it.)
I am up SOOOO late here tonight. All that silly picture-taking. DH is reducing the size of some of the pictures of his paintings because they were too big - too detailed, he said - to post as an attachment here. I'll probably be able to post them later - or tomorrow, because I'm dead on my feet.
B- My baggie of Fiber One, raisins, dried cranberries, pine nuts and other kind of fiber cereal (I forget what it is).
S- I ATE a snack today: a Fiber One bar...was also drinking LOTS of water. I remember all too well what happened when I overdid the fiber and didn't drink enough. (Ouch)
L- Flat Out w/@2 oz. deli ham, a pretend slice of cheese, some salad greens and mustard; a fresh peach
S- 1/2 Women's health chocolate bar (130 cal.; supposed to induce instant bliss. Um. Nuh-uh. Tasted good though. )
D- Stroganoff made with roast beef left over from Sunday's dinner, packaged brown gravy mix (low carb/lo cal); 1 chopped green pepper and baby carrots over wheat noodle-thingies. (It was good!!! I created the recipe myself as I went along )
That's it. I'm too tired to eat anything else. I ate plenty today, Phyllis!!!! No chicken, tho.
Exercise: 45 minute bike ride when I got home from work
Fun: Taking pictures w/DH...
TTFN
