Pssss, Thanks for reminding me Susan! Yes and yipee, I turned 63 today! The yipee part is because I finally get to collect social security, but not until the end of July. The government is quick to take our taxes but two months behind on paying out social security. Go Figure!:shrug:
Wednesday's Journal Calories... 1,205 Fiber... 68 grams Water... 11 glasses Exercise... Same as yesterday Fun...Found an old anniversary card from DD that tells all the special events in the U.S. that happened on the day we were married. I also ran across some handmade cards from Tiffany when she was very young. (I was suppose to be finding rummage sale stuff, you never know what treasures you'll run across in the dark recesses of the basement) Breakfast: I haven't taken the time to make a decent breakfast for a couple of weeks, I'm getting into a rut! Vitamins/Fish Oils Fiber One, dry Lunch: Summer Squash soup Toasted Flat Out topped with applesauce and ff cool whip/cinnamon Supper: DH made it since I was too busy to stop my digging for treasures. Fresh Aspargus w/lemon Large lettuce/spinach salad with assorted veggies and albacore tuna. Ginger Sesame dressing 2 slices lo cal toast Rhubarb Pineapple Squares with ff cool whip Evening snack: Kettle corn 8 oz. skim milk Finished off the Rhubarb Pineapple squares, topped with Fiber One and ff cool whip |

Breakfast: Vits/Fish Oils Fiber One, dry Peach sliced up in Vanilla Soy Milk Snack: Frozen Chocolate Dessert Lunch: FF Hot dog lo cal bun mustard and dill pickle Pumpkin Dessert w/ff cool whip and Fiber One Snack: Rhubarb Pineapple Fluff Supper: Spaghetti and meat balls Soy parmesan cheese garlic toast Baby carrots with dip Evening snack: Kettle Corn Peppermint Tea |
It's not in my nature to be a quitter but challenges don't work with one person only. Sorry Lyn, you had a great idea.

I am back! I was very busy yesterday. Is it just you and me? Well hi :wave: any way. Hope everyone else is doing well. I went to curves in the a.m. made a roast beef dinner for hubby, Started my job. After that I Went to the grocery store. Came home and eat a frozen pizza. Yesterdays menu. Breakfast: fiber one cereal, Eggbeaters w/ %2 cheddar. Snack: carrots, dannon with cut up peaches Lunch: roast beef, baked potato and fresh green beans. Snack: kashi crackers and string cheese. Dinner: Frozen pizza and a salad. 1 slice roman meal w/ smuckers natural pb and 2 pc dk chocolate(dove) 12 glasses of water, 37 gr. fiber. went to curves for excersise. went to new job for fun. |
OK - time to rejuvenate this thread. Tomorrow, I will count up the posts and talk about the May winner in our regular thread.

Hi Ladies, Sorry I haven't posted much. Seems I was always out of sync with what/where I was supposed to be.
Breakfast: White tea yogurt fiber cereal Am snack: banana Lunch: Slimfast Pm snack: Slimfast Evening: Home "fried" onion rings cooked carrots salmon patty I have gained 1 baby orphaned kitten. A black & white baby with a heart on her back. (and 5 fingered paws full of sharp needles!) I just got back from a trip to Lincoln, Nebraska, and next week will be gone for a couple of weeks to Gillette, Wyo. Makes watching your intake very difficult, but I have managed to lose 8 pounds in the month on May!:carrot: Love to all |
