Hi Everyone!
I'm pretty much a free spirit, so I fly by the seat of my pants most of the time. Since retiring I plan VERY LITTLE, and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THAT! :carrot: I will be popping in to read what everyone is eating and doing for exercise and fun, but I am choosing to take a bye with the challenge. I DID want to wish you all good luck in posting all the details every day until July! Whew! Lotta work there! :dizzy:
For the record, I eat between 1200-1800 calories a day. I exercise twice a day doing a variety of things including yoga, Pilates, HipHopAbs, Turbo Jam, WATP, Core Secrets (exercise ball routines), and free weights. I try to eat something healthy like yogurt, fruit, or bran crisp crackers for my snacks, and I eat something every three hours. I drink a lot of water. For fun I garden, go to our son's track meets, read, visit 3 Fat Chicks, spend time with my family, cook, bake, and "play" outside by walking, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors. Will see you guys in the regular GOLDEN GIRLS thread! Cheryl |
