havent been on here in 2.5 years!!! i am now in the 30 somethings and not the 20 somethings
i used 3fc most before my wedding in sept 2009. i lost about 65lbs total. now, all this time, a marriage, a house, a dog and a child later, i have gained back just about half of that.
i always found great support on here, and im hoping it will give me some inspiration to get back to where i was last time!!
