I cannot believe it's already May!!!! Let's do this people, another month to make the greatest so far in 2013. It's spring, the flowers are blooming, local farmer's markets are opening up left and right, and it's the perfect time to get in some extra exercise and really work on ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually!
What's your reason for staying on plan today?
Mine is progress, with having been eating cleaner for two weeks, I am really beginning to see some progress not just weight wise, but inches, my skin is starting to glow more, my mind is clearer, my emotions are more in check, and things are overall more positive!
