because last night, DH commented on my trimmer waist, smaller butt, smaller *back*, and the cheekbones showing in my face! (He also noted that my bust is still appropriately proportioned )

because yesterday at the mothers day luncheon I had to sit in a preschool chair and it didn't creak and groan under my weight (like it did last year). And for once I didn't feel like the elephant in the room.

Because there are some hikes that are too hard (steep) for my knees at this weight and I want to be able to do any hike I feel like!

Staying on plan as I did my c25k (week 7 complete, yahoo!) today with a fitted tshirt and my arms didn't rub against my side-belly during my stride. Now if I can just make my hips smaller I'll be happy!

because my scale blipped this morning (anti-whoosh!) and I intend to whoosh! it away again

(and because I actually considered whether it out to be whoosh! or woosh! before adding the 'h' in)

Beth getting a compliment like that from your husband that you see everyday is awesome, because then you know changes are definitely visible!

I am staying OP today because I went for a run for the first time in a while and I want to be able to run with less pounds pressing down on me!

because when I went to Macy's I fit in to a 1X dress by American Rag!!! I even tried on several shirts where I needed to find a smaller size (which they didn't have). Still happy that I get to buy 1X items

I am staying on plan because my mother doesn't seem too thrilled with my decision to lose weight.
