Congratulations, this is a really big deal! Sometimes I can't believe that I let myself get morbidly obese again. Getting back under that magic number is a big goal of mine.

So...... I will stay on plan today because I just have to lose 7 (or is it 8?) pounds to no longer be considered morbidly obese.

I'm staying on plan because the salad I ordered when going out to eat with co-workers today was way more colorful and had more textures going on in it than any of the burgers I normally would have gotten.

staying on plan today because it's almost fridayyyyyyyy (yeh ok it's only 3:40PM Thursday ) and it's the long weekend and since I am going away to the mountains for the weekend I want to make sure I really let my gym know that I'm going to miss it !!

My one reason to stay on plan today is that my puppy Artoo needs exercise too, and our morning walks together are fun. He's really starting to behave when we are out!

Staying on plan because my husband weighed in at 189 this morning and I was so mad!! I have been chasing him on the pounds and warned him () not to dare touch the 180s...should he sleep on the sofa tonight? JK!
