2. Try drinking 8 (250ml) glasses of water every day.. this is smthng i really need to work on because i failed at it badly during my previous 10 day session
3. Politely say NO to unhealthy, off the plan treats offered by my friends, immediate family, extended family and family friends,,, i tend to ruin my diet out of courtesy to others when they offer me unhealthy eatables out of fear of hurting their feelings,,, this needs to end..
4. Brisk walk, 20 mins, everyday... try to increase my time by 2 mins daily but nothing less than 20 mins
Oops posted on the wrong one! Stayed pretty dry except for an encounter with a packet of biscuits.....but didn't eat the whol packet as I once would have done!
My aims are mainly exercise related. And it's this.....some form of exercise EVRY DAY even if it is teh shorter dog walk .....no excuses!!

Hi everyone. My hunny came down for a visit and we had a nice couple days together. Day 1 I stayed in the boat but yesterday was a planned cheat day. Went to the fair and ate lotsa goodies but at least I got about 4 hrs of walking in. today, so far so good. Can't wait to hit the y hard this week when I'm not babysitting.
Day 3 over and dry,,, mostly tht is because of a small portion of crisps tht hubby was eating and i cldnt resist,, tmrw will be a better day IA,,,,, went for my walk,,,, water target almost there!!!
