I think my boat sunk over the last two days. Recommitting myself today.
Where are my oars?

today was good. food was alright. it was my day off from exercise but I went shopping and did about 4 hrs of straight walking. Slow pace. I musta walked through the whole IKEA 3 times, lol.

looking forward to getting back to the Y tommorrow.

I have been bummed my weightloss has slowed to a trickle the last 2 weeks but today I took my end of the month measurements. drumroll please!!!
I've lost 14 inches from various parts of my body in Sept. (8.5 inches in Aug) I'm very pleased with that even if my scale is being a jerk.

Looking forward to making my Oct goals tomorrow

Had a TOTAL dunking yesterday. TOM had hit and I felt rotten.
Still, I have managed to keep to my pledge of walking every day so it's not all bad!

The end of Sept is here! This is how I did on my goals:

Lost 7 lbs. goal was 13. but I did lose over 14 inches all over. (technically more since I only measured 1 calf, 1 thigh, and 1 upper arm)

Did 67 hours of cardio. goal was 60

Did 191.5 miles. goal was 100

Burned 52,009 calories. goal was 50,000

I'm really happy with my results. For Oct I'm shooting for 12 lbs loss, 75 hours of cardio, 200 miles, and 60,000 calories to burn. I can do it!

today was awesome. stayed on plan. worked out for 4 hours. yoga felt amazing. c25k was fantastic-- I moved up to the next level! I can jog in 3 minute intervals now. I remember in Aug when I couldn't do 1 whole minute. I'm improving. Saw a movie after dinner. Won't back down. It was good. Nite everyone!

Hello All!

I am glad to see you guys again!
What I found was that i lost track of my motivation.
I started thinking that Healthy eating was "all that i needed" and i started skipping the exercise.
Stuff like that can gradually get you off the health track and put you on the train to failure.
With that said, accountability is excellent.

I find that during the week, my eating is on par, but during the weekends, my eating is unplanned.
I am really working on changing this and also planning out my meals instead of just "winging it"

Got the exercise Completed!
(burned some good stuff today!)

good observation Jonah, that's the first step to controlling the weak areas.

today was good. Came up under in calories and I had an extra long, hard workout. 5 full hours. I'm tired but in a good way. I feel great. Did 19.5 miles and burned over 4000 calories. Nice way to start the month.
