Hey, the autumnal equinox is on September 22! We should totally do a challenge for that.
This challenge has weekly check-ins, although that's just for your benefit. You won't lose points or anything for missing check-ins. You can join the challenge at any time. Your goal can be anything related to your personal health or fitness - it doesn't have to be weight loss. You can check in on whatever day works for you. You can use the template provided below, but you're not obligated to. Everyone is welcome to join.
I have decided to do 2 goals with this challenge: walk 10 miles per week and lose a total of 25 pounds!

We are going on vacation in late sept. I would love to have some weight off by then. This weight I have put back on is really dragging me down.

Hi there everyone!! I've just recently had a little boy and am ready to get back on the weight loss bandwagon. I'm going to set a strong weight loss goal for these few months - I'll be happy with any progress that I make.
I'm in too. I have veered WAY off track over the last couple of months. I have been afraid to step on the scale until now. I gained over 10 pounds during my 60 day free-for-all. UGH!
Anyway, I am back on the wagon as of NOW.

Count me in. I started my new health plan on the summer soltice so seems like a first time goal of the equinox is perfect. I'm doing a 100 day challenge, ends on oct.13th, but this is the first one I'll add a weightloss goal. I'll keep it at a reasonable 1 & 1/2 pds a week or 17 pds. I can do that!
