i'm starving for some reason- i am writing it down early to stick to it!
B: IP Chicken Noodle Soup (I know an odd choice but I have 3 packets left from my first week and don't get more until tomorrow)
L: IP Rasp Jelly, 1c cukes, 1c celery
D: 8OZ pork tenderloin, salad w/celery, cukes, purple cabbage
S: IP Omelet (again..using up packets LOL)
Today is my seventh day. I'm very excited to have my first weigh in tomorrow and see how much I lost. I'm also happy I can pick my own food and won't have to eat all these disgusting samples anymore. The premixed drinks and the bars are by far the best and will become my staples.
b: 2 c coffee w/ 1/2 capuccio drink in each cup

B @ 8am: Vanilla Drink Mix with 2 cups coffee
L @ 1pm: Big salad with Vinegar/dijon dressing, Chicken Noodle Soup
S @ 5pm: SW Cheese Curls at my son's ball game
D @ 8pm: Grilled chicken breast with asparagus

Phase 1, Week 6?
Breakfast 0800: Protidiet Maple BS Oatmeal
Lunch 1500: (I know, I know but busy, busy day in the OR) IP Spaghetti with baby spinach salad
Snack 1800: Protidiet Honey Nut Soy Cereal-dry
Dinner 2100: (after baseball games) haven't givin it an ounce of thought. But I had chicken last night so probably beef or pork tonight. We shall see. Two baseball games, I haven't thought of what I'm feeding my kiddos yet either.

What do you put into your spinach smoothie.....I can't seem to find the recipe. I would like to try that

I put ~2 handfuls loose leaf spinach in my full size blender. To loosely fill it to the top, recently I have also been 'stuffing' in ~1 extra handful of lettuce, I add in 2 cups chilled coffee (you can also use water or flavored hot tea), 2 cups ice, sweetener, and any extracts/cinnamon/etc.
I blend for ~2 minutes to pulverize/liquefy spinach.
Then I add in either a RTD, drink mix, or pudding mix and blend another minute. It comes out to be an ENORMOUS smoothie I savor for hours, you cant taste the spinach. My favorite flavor is chocolate, I'm trying out cappuccino this week, vanilla is good too. I make this every morning, it's quick and I can take it on the road and into work (I need 2 cups for all of it).
