I started the day at 345lbs.
I'm aiming to lose 50lbs.
Yes...I know I need to lose a lot more. But 50lbs will take me below the 300 marker.
I'll re-assess the situation when I get there.
Good luck, when I started at 388lbs I set my goal for 250lbs I have 88 gone and 58 more to go then I will see if I want to go down more. I take it one day and one lb at a time. Its the only thing we can do
Good luck! You can do it. You are on the way to re-inventing yourself physically, emotionally and health-wise. Small goals like you have set are the best way to go.
I agree with the others that you have set a wonderful goal to get yourself going. I didn't really set a goal this time other than to eat less/move more and track my calories.
