Hi, I just started blogging here a few days ago. My counselor recommended it. She thought it would help me with my emotions. About me, I am over 40. My top weight was 349. I am now at 265. I count calories, eat low fat, low carb. I work out at the gym with trainer and do water aerobics. Most of the time I do well every day. I do have moments when I eat questionable foods but try not to fret over it. My biggest problem is having emotional melt downs and reacting in a not so nice way. But, I'm working on it.
