Am I doing something wrong?
This is my second time around with a low carb diet. The first time around I lost 80 lbs, but over the last year, I have gained 28 lbs. I started eating the wrong things again. On December 1st, I started low carb living again. It has been seven days and I have already lost six pounds! Woohoo! The problem I am having, this time around, is that I am not feeling normal. I am not feeling sick, but I just feel, weird. I can't really explain it. Did anyone else experience these type of feelings? I don't recall feeling like this the first time around.. Also, I feel like I am always hungry. I thought the proteins would take care of this....
