Leeh, claim it. :carrot: I wake up 3lbs less than what the scale says when I went to bed (unless I've had too much sodium or TOM shows up). I'd say it's time to claim ONEDERLAND :high: Good job :)

Sounds like a great goal, leeh!

B: steel-cut oats with mashed banana, cappuccino

I really need to be more sociable here. Gratz, Rennie, on the too-big pants, and sorry about the cramps, hope they pass soon. Leeh, yay on Onederland! Morning weighing is the only one that counts in my book. :) Good going, Heidi, nice to see the numbers moving in the right direction! And your kitty looks a lot like mine. Sum, your plan looks good - I'm all for mixing things up. I have several workouts that I mix-and-match according to what I feel like doing. (I think I have my body totally confused.) Mrs. Snark, that black bean burrito looks great! And those Pyrs...wow, absolutely gorgeous.

So far I'm doing okay. I was sad but not surprised to see my scale reading 120 a few days ago; every time I have a lot of soup, it shows. Washed it out by the next day, whew.

I like seeing what everybody is eating, although sometimes it makes me hungry! Guess I'll add my foods as well.

B: plain low-fat yogurt with chia seeds, wheat germ and dried cherries, coffee

S: 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds/pumpkin seeds/almonds/cranberries/mini choc chips

L: salad with tequila lime chicken, grilled onions and peppers, kidney beans and salsa, more coffee

D: small caesar salad, french onion soup, braised spinach, roasted baby potatoes, slice of carrot raisin bread, another coffee

S: 3 choc filled pirouette wafers, 1 ounce of dark chocolate with almonds - one more coffee - does this seem like a lot of coffee?? LOL

Mrs Snark that burrito makes me hungry everytime I read it

Thanks Cattails I love your spirit :) I keep thinking I'm too old to still be having cramps ;)

OK I'll join you all with meal post …

B - 2 boiled eggs with margarine and green tea
L - 1.5 turnips and ham
S - pistachios, sunflower seed kernels, cashews
D - chicken thigh, 1.5 cups chicken broth (from the chicken my son cooked) green tea

only 4 bottles of water I need to get in 2 more before bed

I went straight to my son's hockey game after work and was starving. I thought of you all when I stopped at Chipolte and had a burrito bowl. Black beans, grilled peppers and onions, double scoop of pico, cheese and guac. YUM!

newleaf123 12-09-2013 09:48 PM

Rennie how are you prepAring your turnips? I have a few in my fridge, waiting to inspire me...

catTails, wow! Other than what we call the milkshake spots on our cat's nose, our 2 cats could be identical!

envelope oh my goodness , you're killing me :D

Heidi I am a plain person. I just boil them like potatoes and eat them. I want to try frying them like home fried potatoes. I read that they are really good with onion. My Mom adds bacon fat (grease), pepper and sugar to hers. When I saw her do that I just about gagged :barf: there are somethings that you should never see people prepare and that was one of them. :) The funny thing is I loved the taste but I can't put that stuff in mine.
