197.0 this morning. Woot! I am passing a kidney stone so I have been feeling unwell for a week so I guess I got the push I needed to get a bit more firmly into the 190s instead of the hover I was doing.

For breakfast today I am having a smoothie with yoghurt, banana, cherries and peaches- no chia, flax or hemp today.

Leeh, sorry to hear of your kidney stone... I've heard those are soooo painful! But glad to see you are doing well weightwise... silver lining!

Well my visit to 154's was a short one. I bet my sushi lunch is to blame.

Yesterday:

Meals

B ~ Green Tea
L ~ Sushi, salad and miso soup
D ~ Pesto chicken, salad and lots of veggies
S ~ A few pieces of chocolate

Exercise
Hike for 4.5 miles
Weight Lifting 45 min

Not good news for me sum, since I am meeting a friend for a sushi lunch today! Although... I do think its the miso soup, rather than the sushi... that and the soy sauce. Regardless, I know you will be back down again soon!

Leeh So sorry about your kidney stones, those can be a real bugger! I had them when I was proggo with my DD and I was in so much pain.

It is Wednesday which means my fast day. I have switched to Hibiscus Tea during the day, it is more palatable than Green Tea. So I will be drinking a ton of that today. - I am still quite full from yesterday, I think I had too much to eat for dinner.

D ~ Left over porkloin, potatoes, lots of veggies

Come on scale!!! DROP! Please dear Whoosh Fairy, visit my house; I have been a good girl!

I had my fast day yesterday. I fasted till 4:30 pm and had a huge salad. My total calories for the day ended up around 1200 cals. I did 2 different exercises; waded through a foot of snow (hike) and step aerobics. My legs are sore today; I am hoping that the number on my scale is due to a water retention because my muscles are being repaired.

Yesterday

B ~ Green Tea
L ~ Hibiscus Tea
D ~ Salad with bleu cheese, avocado, tomato, onion and grilled chicken. Dressing.
S ~ Cream cheese and crackers, apple with pb

I have been so tense I've not been eating much, which is convenient since I've fallen behind in my daily meal posting. Mostly I've consumed fruit and a black bean burrito here and there.

I am thinking of consuming all of today's calories in the form of pina coladas as soon as I'm done cooking for the day.
