I am trying to dampen the emotional piece too. This week I had a 2 pound loss show up in one day. Instead of enjoying the loss, I immediately thought oh great this means I'm going to end up having a stall for a while. Silly how our minds animation play with our brains.

Sum- I hope you feel better for your party

I'm in ... I weighed 183.2 this morning

I am still trying to get under 180.4 which has been my low for the year. I really want to see 177 but I don't think that is realistic by the new year or is it?

well I weighed in at 180.8 up only .4 from my ticker weight. I am so hoping to see 170 something in the morning … oh boy wouldn't that make my weekend :D

Happy Saturday to You ALL

My evening was wonderful. A really nice guest speaker.

D ~ Beef stew, potatoes, baked salmon, rutabaga casserole, carrot casserole, smoked salmon, potato salad, salad and a gluten free pastry for dessert.

Thanks Mrs. Snark do you count calories? If so do you know how many calories are in your black bean burrito? Sounds good

Went to the gym finally … really working hard on that 170 :crossed:

Mrs Snark 12-08-2013 06:50 AM

Lovetobe150 -- no I don't count calories. But let's see, I use a whole can of beans in my burrito, so that has to be like 350ish calories right there. The current tortillas I'm eating are whole wheat and 100 cals (but I also often eat white tortillas that more like 180 or 200 cals). Guacamole -- maybe a couple hundred more? Then cabbage, mushrooms, zuchinni, onions, pepper, and tomatoes -- as much as I can fit in this sucker...

So maybe 700ish calories or more? It tends to be my biggest meal of the day.

I eat this thing like a giant soft taco, because I stuff it so full it can't be wrapped like a regular burrito.

love2b150 12-08-2013 08:47 AM

Thanks Mrs. Snark, I think I have some tortilla that may be 80 or 90. They taste like chalk but that's ok :). I know I can't eat a can of beans and I'd probably have to add a little brown or wild rice just to see it :D the kid in me. I'm sure gonna try it. I know it's filling so it would be a great lunch and then I could have a supper light dinner :)

Well all of your wishes and good vibes paid off. 178.2 this morning. My first little whoosh this time around 2.6lbs down. I hope I can keep this going. Thanks Ladies
