It's really not as bad as I'd feared after the whole Christmas and birthday party-craziness. And my weight has actually held steady for almost 2 years. It's stayed between 175-182, regardless. I'm fortunate that I've gotten away with not getting back to my highest weight ever (195.) I'm hoping for 170 in the spring, and I've got plenty of time. |

I guess I will do weigh ins on Saturday & try to be consistent with it, I forget to weigh when I get up & just don't bother after I eat breakfast & get started with my day. I will try better. :)

Thursday is my weigh in day.... January 1/2/14 164 1/9/14 1/16/14 1/23/14 1/30/14 My goal is 1.24 lbs a week for 50 weeks. I am buying a new scale in a few weeks because my personal one is about 10 yrs old. Anyone have recommendations? |
