3/3: 233
Was feeling discouraged and frustrated because I was stuck at 235 for *7* days... but finally woke this morning to 233 :). Got on and off the scale 3 times to be certain :) This makes a total of 20 since 1/14 for me so I am excited!! I am buying myself a pair of fancy socks and taking another 10 lbs of food to the food pantry. And my jeans are getting to be too big :) |

Hit 40 but ready to start again...and this time all the way!!
Hi everyone,
I am looking for a group to help keep my motivation up while I once again jump on the wagon. Been over 8 years since I really cared about my body and I have crept back up to my heaviest weight - 230lbs - YIKES! I am only 5' 2" so that is way too much to be carrying around. I am feeling older, looking older and am seeing my little girl pick up my bad habits. My son is a stick and can eat whatever and she doesn't understand why she cannot do the same. Welcome to womanhood right?? lol. Anyway, I hope you don't mind me jumping in here. Tracy |
