Well I could not exercise Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday last week as I usually do because of the fires in San Diego. So I feel fat, and off track. I feel a little stronger today but I am afraid I am slipping off the horse. lol I have had no wheat, gluten, diet soda, nor fast food, and have stayed at the caloric goal, but my choices are not the best. oh well.... today is a new week, hope to gain my stregnth.
