Well I am not getting out of the 160's it seems, just can't stay below them. I have never struggled getting out of them this bad. Weird. I ate 3 times yesterday, small meals and it stayed in as well

I went to the gym; worked out hard and have DOMS this morning from leg presses. I also took 3 .4 mile, slow, walk.
I ate some gluten free crackers called Nut-Thins, and they were yummy...now looking at the box they have 22g of carbs per serving. I prolly had 2 servings because they felt soothing and they stayed in. -- I am super carb sensitive. I usually don't go past 50-60 g of carbs per day and yesterday I ended with way over 100 g. That could explain also my my weight won't come down, as well. I am no where near hitting high calories. If I managed to get in 1200 yesterday it was a miracle
Plan for today is to continue getting more food in, less carbs

I will try to take a brisk 5 mile walk today, no more waddling -- I am such a fast walker, naturally. Waddling for me is going 3.5 miles per hr.
I will get somewhere around 159.x before April 30th

For once it would be nice to meet the goal.
