I can report that Mr Scale says the same, my measurements are all the same but I'm able to wear clothes that were too small the last time I tried them on.

ETA: I did 51min of cardio = 4 miles with Leslie.

Joplin, great loss!

Hello All,

Sorry I posted my info then disappeared. I did start a blog and have started posting to that. I kind of like talking to myself Actually it stops the voices running thru my head to put them down on screen (I was going to say paper but that didn't seem right).

I actually had a not too bad week there were a couple of days that I definitely could have eaten healthier, and I really should have exercised more, but over all not too bad a week. And good news it actually showed on the scale at WW this morning I'm down 1.6 now I just need to keep it off as well as some more. Spent some time this afternoon making reservations for a September vacation (my parents are giving us some timeshare points so I needed to make reservations early), and it kind of makes me want to be thinner by then. I'd like to say my goal will be to be in onderland but I know myself and 35 lbs in 6 mos is NOT a reasonable goal, so I'll have to think of something else. It's 28 weeks away so maybe 25 lbs that's not quite a pound a week.......

To all who lost congratulations

Andrew - Sorry to hear about your daughter, glad she's ok must have been scary for you though

Patch - sorry to ask but what is 5MFB??? Also my DH likes Top Gear too, does your's download the current season or watch it on BBCAmerica?

Have a great day.

Donna, sorry, 5MFB is shorthand for Leslie Sansone's 5Mile Fat Burning DVD. I'm on a DVD fitness forum and we have all these abbreviations which sometimes I use over here thinking someone would know what I'm talking about. Hubby watches on BBCA and now has started watching the TG American version, too. Where are you going in Sept?

Penguin - Figured it was something like that. We're going to Washington DC (we'll be staying in Alexandria actually) and Williamsburg. It should be fun and we're going after Labor Day so all the kiddies will be back in school...

Just got back from church and lunch out. Should have skipped the biscuits it pushed me over on points (with my planned dinner) but I often use some of my weeklies when we go out to lunch on Sunday. Now to get the pork in the marinade for dinner and take the dogs out for a walk.

Have a great day everyone.

andrew - sorry to hear about your daughter! Glad she is doing ok.

Happy birthday, Michelle and cldwv!

patch - you are such an inspiration with your exercise!

Joplingrl and Techalum -congrats on the weight loss!

I have been noticing that my size 14s are getting loose, but I'm not ready to purge and replenish with size 12s yet (mostly because my back hurts too much to shop!). However, I keep seeing people posting about going down to lower sizes (10,8,6,4) who weigh more than I do and are the same height, a bit taller, or even shorter! Why am I such a big size? I am a busty gal with hips, but still. It seems like I should be a smaller size than I am.... What's the deal? Does anyone else feel this way?

We had a nice time with my parents; Hubby and Dad did that male bonding thing {involving computers and cars} while Mom and I took a walk around the neighborhood.

Speaking of Leslie I found her new 5 Day workout at Target. Its not supposed to be released until the end of March.

Guac, I tried on some pants that I couldn't get buttoned or zipped the last time I tried them, and I could put them on but not quite wear them. I haven't lost any weight since DECEMBER, all my measurements are the same and I'm confused. Maybe brands or cuts make a difference?

Donna, Williamsburg sounds wonderful. Hopefully it will be cooler this year.

An OK weekend at the beach. It rained the entire time. But we did get to watch some Basketball which was nice and it was pretty relaxing. I stayed on plan for the most part, but did have a couple of meals that weren't strictly on plan though I accounted for the calories, which is most of the battle anyway. WI this morning showed me another pound and a half down for the week. Yay!! Making progress. I'm liking the way my clothes are fitting too.

DD is doing OK but still showing some signs of the concussion. Dr. said she would for a week or so.

Congratulations to all you losers!!

This is so annoying and I feel the same way. You're doing way better than me as I am not back in my 14s yet but it's hard to not compare yourself to others. I posted last week that I watched the biggest loser last week and the people on the screen who weighed less than me looked so much bigger than me. It's hard to square that in the mind. I'm not watching that show again!

Hang in there. You're doing great and I love reading about your progress. It helps so much.

That is awesome! I might faint if I saw a four pound loss on the scale at this point.

Nothing exciting to report yet. I got a migraine last night {or at least a bad headache} so I slept later this morning and didn't start the bread process. I need a bread break anyway. The son of one of Hubby's friends is in school to be a gunsmith, he told Hubby that if he ever needed anything done he would 'work for my homemade bread'. Hey, I always appreciate the barter system!

Laundry and cardio for later.

cldwv, I think I stole 'dreadmill' from someone else, too. I have a set of Cathe Friedrich workouts and I used to follow this one girl because I thought she was about my size, but it turned out she's about 5 ft tall and a size 2. Um, no, I'm much bigger than she is at 5'7 and then around 200lbs. I'm not sure I could get my arm into a size 2 pant.

Sparx, great job! I would be happy to see 4 lbs also.

Andrew, sorry to hear about the rain, but it sounds like a nice time with family anyway.

We're almost twins. I'm 5'7+ and weighed in at 213 this AM.

I don't know about you but I get sooo annoyed when I see size 0 when I'm shopping. Who wears a size 0?!
