great work SF40. Yup i agree, there's no need to change things too quickly and you're doing really well at the moment. Well done!
Strength training is good to do though, when you eventually get round to it.

~~managed to get to 173.0 as of this morning ... my Labor Day goal is 170
~~I have walked almost everyday ... WK1 -354 minutes, WK2 - 182 minutes, WK3 - 406 minutes, WK4 - 345 <-- only walking right now
~~I have had 5 days over 1600 and 2 days under 900 <--- I'm working on the lower days
~~Been stuck at 173 something since the 19th getting a little frustrated
~~Still working on this

My original goal for August was to lose 10 pounds, didn't do so hot on that one, lost 1 pound. Oh well maybe I can reach some kind of goal in September.

Hope everyone has done well & have done what you set out to do in August.
