Hi all! I am turning 44 on 5/25, and then going to Hawaii to visit my cuz for a WEEK *ALONE* w/o kids or DH on 5/27 and am determined to lose this 25 lbs. Would love to have the support of other 40-somethings doing the same thing: GETTING GORGEOUS FOR THE SUMMER-AND FOR LIFE.

It is so much easier to do with support, which I am happy to give, and will be blessed to get! Lets do this together!

Wait, I'm confused. Are you saying that you want to lose 25 pounds in less than 5 weeks? That's a whole lot.

But if you stick to your plan, I think you'll end up pleased with however much you lose. 3FC has a lot of support and welcome.

I'm a little confused by that also. I'm not sure that's realistic. But, I am going to wish you success. Keep us posted and keep the trip to Hawaii as motivation.
