If you knew me you would know why that's a big deal! LOL I hate exercise when I'm out of the habit of it. When I get into it I feel so much better. Crazy, I know! I discovered this website earlier today and was so motivated to actually get up and finally get something started. I also stepped on the scale for the first time in a couple of months. I can now fill in my starting weight...260 But I've got to start somewhere right? Thanks for having such a great support system! I'm happy I found you!

I have to force myself to exercise so I can relate. I do feel better when I get off my tush and work out. I just need to be more consistant.
