I hadn't seen a 250's thread in awhile so I thought I'd start one!!
Here you can share your progress as we aim for 249!!
As of Saturday I was at 259.8, but sticking to my plan this week I am already down to 255.6!!! Hopefully I will be able to start/join a 240's thread ASAP!!
I did it today! Last Wednesday I weighed in at 256 even. Today...247!!! So excited! I also lost 5 1/2" off my waist, 1/2" off my neck, 1" off my hips, and 1" off my bicep!!! I just LOVE Ideal Protein!
Well I gained a little today (1 lb, but it could be contributed to my sopping wet hair at weight in ) But sitting pretty at just over 256... I bought 30 day shread last night and planning on starting that tonight to try out. I remember it being fairly difficult to get all the way through the first time I tried it but practice makes perfect!
Well today I was down to 254.6!! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!! I have been so good at resisting temptation all week. Tonight I am making 150+ cupcakes for a wedding tomorrow night but I know that I will do just fine trying to avoid licking the bowl .
I haven't been on this board in a long time, but I need the motivation and hope to help encourage others in return.
Thinking about trying the C25K again. The first time I tried it, I got real discouraged when I wasn't able to progress at the rate the program is designed to. Now I know if I'm not 100% confident in week 2, then just repeat it. It's not the end of the world.
LifeChanges - Of course you can hop in!! The more the merrier!!! You are so close, lets hope you don't stay around here for too long and you can kick 250 out the door for good! Good luck hitting 240's this week!
Kelleigh - Welcome and Chat away!!! I hope this thread can bring you some modivation!! I too have been concidering restarting C25K, I usually get to about week 2 then get distracted and stop completely... I think I am just going to wait for the weather to be a little more conducive to running outside again! Dont hesitate to use this thread as a place to share every aspect of your journey!
Well I did fairly well this weekend! I weighed in just now about a pound heavier than friday but it wasn't my normal weigh in time and i have just eaten a pretty good sized dinner and a few glasses of water, so hopefully my normal weigh in tomorrow morning will show me on track!
Next weekend is my real test, i am having a girls night at my place... I am the cook in my group of friends so I will be making all the food but I will make sure I will have planty of healthy snacks to keep myself on track.
Well I was up slightly this morning, Darn Mother nature!! I had the worst chocolate craving last night and caved in making some cookies but ate one and brought the rest to work... Now I just have to get them off my desk and into other peoples tummys before they start calling my name again. I am hoping to be in the 240's by next weekend. I am starting 30 day shread tonight or tomorrow so hopefully adding excercize will cause a nice WOOSH!!

Well I am the same weight as yesterday (256.6) which means its not going down !! I didnt start 30 day shread last night but hope to get it started tonight. I have lots of cleaning and cooking to do before my party Saturday night so maybe I can turn that into some cardio!!
I will aim for under 252 by next monday! I need something to hold me accountable!
