You can only use true IP products which have to be purchased through a clinic or office that has the program, using a coach. I went through the program several years ago and it does work, however last year I gained about half the weight back and decided I couldn't afford to buy the real IP products this time around. I researched the threads on this site and found that there are a lot of people that use Alternative products that are similar to IP. You can find the thread at the beginning of the sticky. There is a lot of great information to be found on that thread. I rebooted in January using only Alternative products and have lost 30lbs. so I know you can be successful that way as well. I buy products through a site call Nashua Nutrition and Amazon. Everyone has different tastes so some foods I like may not be to your taste so you just have to try different products.
