Talking do you...

I'm having a bad habit. Really bad.
That is, in the morning, I weigh in and it reads my normal weight. That's fine I guess (though i'm trying to make it smaller).
But I always have to weigh in the evening right after I eat a whole bunch of things and get frustrated because the scale says i'm 1.5 kg (~ 3.5 lbs) heavier.
And then blaming myself for not being restrict enough to myself.
LOL. I know this is a really bad. I mean ofc i'll gain weigh after eating but I somehow want my number to be magically the same. I just can't help it.
Do you guys do it? Hope i'm not the only one being weird >"<

I have been doing things like this recently. I started a new rule today that I can only get weighed on Sunday mornings. It just knocks my commitment levels otherwise.

I weigh myself every morning and every night. I just know that I'm going to be heavier at night and it doesn't bother me. I keep a graph of my night weight just like my morning weight so i know if i'm up or down. Honestly, you'll almost always be heavier at night. You just kinda have to get over it!! . Good luck!

I weigh myself both in the morning and at night. The morning one is obviously the one I take seriously, but I know that I am consistently 2 pounds higher at night than I will be the next morning. For example, 209 last night, 207 this morning. Even though my night weight is higher, it usually gives me a good idea of what I will be in the morning, and that can be exciting!

I find it kind of creepy how 2 pounds magically dissapears while you are sleeping. Did you sweat 2 pounds off into your sheets? Ick. Or breathe it all out? I don't think pee can weigh 2 pounds in one sitting but maybe so hehe

I have tried not to weigh at night because I find it to be discouraging. I do weight every morning, just to see how I fare day to day. The only weight that I record is the weight on Sunday morning.

I'm sure its a combination of respiration, perspiration, your metabolic rate while sleeping, and peeing in the morning before weighing.

I only weigh myself in the mornings. You are always several pounds higher by the end of the day, and I know it just gets me discouraged and down. Even though logically the higher number makes sense and doesn't mean anything, I know that I can't let myself do an evening weigh in. Sometimes its tempting but I resist.

I weigh practically every time I am in the bathroom!

The only one I record is first weight in the morning, but after doing it so long I'm just used to watching it go up and down over the day. It really isn't a big deal.

Yea, I weigh myself at night but I try to look at it positively. If I weigh before I go to bed I can pretty much predict what I will be in the morning. So if it's going to be bad I can prepare myself

Oh and once I weighed myself before my morning pee (by accident) and my face was like this :O then I remembered I hadn't peed and there was about 2.5 pounds difference. It's so odd.

Well this jist is, no you're not alone in weighing yourself!
