I did 40 minutes this morning of pilates/cardio. I know it is only day 2 but I know I need to step up my workouts and quick in order to make my goal. I realized this morning that I probably won't be doing any hikes this month as we are busy in prep for the wedding and after the wedding it might be too cold. Also I'll probably go a week without formal exercise (there will be plenty of walking) so I have to plan ahead for that.
Personal total: 40 + 35 = 75 Group total: 680 + 40 = 720

I did 20 min of an aerobic video last night. I don't stop all day with the kids and work but I have decided to only count intentional exercise, its the only way for me to have some type of accountability and really be able to track my time. We will see how this works.

Oh, this is awesome -- look at all the posts! I never got to the gym yesterday (I swear, if nothing else the trainer gets me there!) But today I did 35 min on the elliptical... I may yet do some crunches or other core/ab stuff.

Hey, for those of you who like to track these things. I figure that if we make 20,000 min for Nov and Dec we will make our group goal of 200,000 minutes of exercise.
This month, that works out to 666 minutes/day! (roughly).
I mean, I didn't think exercise was REALLY evil, but maybe this month it is!
Hey everyone...I dont know if it is too late to set a goal or not? It is only the 3rd but Im going to set one anyways. I think I have the whole idea of adding the minutes and stuff.
Im going to set a goal of 540 for the remaining days in Novemeber. That comes to 20 minutes a day. Hope it is okay that I jumped in here.
