HI Everyone

Zelma nice photos! I like your new hair-do it's very pretty! You look very svelt in the outfit too! Congrats for making it this far you deserve it.

I'm still bloaty today, and even worse than yesterday. I think I'm taking in too much sodium, and not drinking enough water. I have been eating no-fat cheese slices with my lunch sandwiches and i noticed that it has about 350 mg of sodium. My avg intake of sodium per day says it's around 2500. How much would be considered a lot? Does anyone know? I'm not really eating many packaged foods, but the little thing like the cheese slices might be adding up to a lot for me? I also got some of those thinsations things which I now see was a bad thing for me. I had one pouch and then I wanted more. So, I think those will not be in my next shopping cart.

I am up 1/2 pound from yesterday and my ankles are so puffed it's ridiculous. I'm happy it's obviously water weight but I HATE that feeling of being bloaty. I have a prescription for diuretics and they are doing nothing at all to help. Outside of the puffiness, and having 'bathroom irregularities' to put it nicely, I'm on plan.

about the weighing in thing. i always weigh on an empty stomach. i have found that i weigh the least first thing in the morning before breakfast.

Nightkatt -- It doesn't really matter when you weigh, but you'll get MUCH more consistency if you weigh when conditions are as similar as possible. Most of us tend to weigh the lowest when we wake up in the morning. I record my weight when I wake up, after bathroom, undies only!

I weigh other times, but am almost always higher at night! I also weigh at the gym. That scale is about 10 pounds higher than mine -- but its during the day, with clothes and shoes.

Thanks to all for the comments on my hair... yah it still looks funny when I look in the mirror LOL. Sharon... I appreciated your comment as I told my stylist I wanted something feminine and sassy! Yes... that is the exact word I used LOL.

Newsnerd, yiked! Couldn't believe you put me in there with Zelma... LOL you DO see that I still have 76 pounds to lose! Unlike "Ms. Skinny Butt Zelma" I can't lose a pound lately no matter how hard I try. I figured out that in July I averaged about 67 minutes a DAY of exercise... did more than that in June... but the weight loss has STOPPED! But something HAS to be happening. SOMEBODY get after that Fairy Fat Mother for me argggh.

Nighkatt, I also weigh first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking, I wear the same sort of things, a t shirt and joggers. I find weighing at this time there's less variation AND there's nothing worse than a gain coz of what you JUST ate or are wearing.
6 weeks Zelma, I couldn't wait either!!!! it must be pretty nerve wracking for you, but at least you are a finalist!! AND I'm sure you will win, it's great that you husband is coming with you, it will be a nice, well deserved holiday for you both.
Nothing much going off here, it's been raining, so a typical British Summer then!!! The boys are being naughty and noisy, no matter how many games I play with them or books I read to them they prefer to hit or chase each other!!
I will go and get some tidying up done. YES WHERE ARE CROCK, KAYLEY, JILLYBEAN and JULEE CEES????? there are others too, violet, garnetfairy I can't remember them all.....
