Well, I kinda did a few bits and pieces today. It was a VERY wet and wild day, so I only got to walk TO school (10 mins) and we only got to do 10 mins of laps of the oval before it started to rain. Add to that the 30 mins on the treadmill and the 10 mins of weights and that makes 60 mins.

I am falling a bit behind.... yesterday was a long day (teaching from 6-10 pm!), and I hadnt done any exercise early in the day... so there I was at 11:30 at night, doing crunches and back exercises! (10 min)
This morning I took the dogs on a walk bright and early (15 min)... don't yet know where the other exercise will come from, as I have plans all day! oh well.. Group total ~ 13,016 + 25 = 13,041 min! |

Well, I've spent the last three days from 5 or 6 in the morning until 10 or 11 at night on my feet, running around helping riders get ready for classes, braiding horses, tracking down parents, patterns and potty rooms, so I'm going to let myself take an hour each day as exercise...

Rolling in here with another 19 minutes on the exercise bike! Today is the first time I have ever used it! LOL I found it in the dumpster cage in our apartment complex and it is pretty nice... small but tall; so I lugged it up the stairs and put it on my deck. It is nice as I just went outside and propped my book on a pillow and rode away!!!

Ack! We have been so busy the last couple of days i am afraid I might not make my goal! I'm within striking distance though.
Yesterday I only got in my abs/back exercises. Keeps my "days of intentional exercise" streak going (every day since May 25th!), but doesn't help much for this purpose -- only 10 minutes. Hopefully you'll see me back here later today! Group total ~ 13,768 + 10 = 13,778 minutes! I started the August thread, so tell us your August goals!! |

Xena -- don't worry about not making goal -- set another for August! I think I'm going to just make my goal. I did a 44 min treadmill walk this morning (another ep of Alias down!) and then we did weights at the gym for 30. I KNOW that if I didn't have an exercise goal I never would have done the treadmill... So, I am only 44 min from my goal -- another Alias ep tomorrow I guess! Well, I lost 4 or 5 pounds today cleaning stalls and doing other barnwork, so I musta been working. I don't think I've ever sweated like that in my LIFE! I'm just counting 60 minutes so...

Yesterday I walked for 20 minutes, and today I did weights/strength training for 70 minutes hitting my July goal of 700 minutes.
