Hpnotq - yes indeed you are geting close to TwoTown, it's great to see those numbers coming down and when you get out of the 300s you will be positive you will never get back into them again!!

Yes Patti sure does deserve to be enjoying TwoTown. I was holding my breath as I turned the PC on yesterday to see how the WI had gone. Should have seen my hubby's face when I started shouting, woohoo, way to go Patti He's used to me now though and my crazy ways

I totally agree with you about how wonderful it is to have this forum to come to and to know that so many people are honestly happy when you lose, and feel sad for you when you don't etc. I know for a fact that I wouldn't be half as motivated to diet as I am if I didn't have all of you here to 'talk' to about it all. So a big and thank you from me!!
Patti - just you keep away from those scales now until your next WI because you know how weight fluctuates daily. Don't want you getting upset if you see that stupid lb back when it will only be fluid. You keep on exercising and dieting and by your next official WI you will be even further away from the 300s forever!
i am staying away from the scales for awhile. i dont even wont to see those daily fluctuations.. i was just so happy to get under 300 i can have more patience now!
Sorry, I’ve been quite busy. My boyfriend is out of the hospital and home now but, he is still recovering. Thanks again for you kind words.
I have company in from Calgary for 3 weeks and I’m moving in one week next Saturday July 8th. The couple from Calgary have been a great help with packing and helping me with my boyfriend. They are good friends indeed.
I’m still at 302 lbs. Gone off a little but so far in the past two weeks = 1 wk. Stayed the same 2 wk. Lost .4, so all’s still okay.
Even if I do gain a little which I diffently hope will not happen. I will not give up.
I’m so happy for all that have made it to Twotown and the ladies almost there. I truly believe with the help of all of you on 3FC that it can happen.
I may not be on to much during the next week since we are moving, there is still alot of packing to do. Plus, I will not have internet access for awhile.
