Hello Ladies~

Well I found out what the blahness is all about.. MY FREAKEN ALLERGIES>.. I feel like ****.. Then the middle of my back,, where you bra strap is..Is killen me,, that is a PMS symptom.. Man I just am so fatiqued.. CYN I so agree with you and the allergies, I am dien here!!! I have a doctors appointment tomorrow.. gotta get this under control... I will Not be going fishing untill this is resolved.. That sucks as well..

Ammi~ I am here sweetie, just not feeling great,, my head feels so weird that I feel like I am dreamen,, I knew it was just a matter of time before it got me,, and it sure has.. a shot and my inhaler will cure all.. so by the weekend I should be back to the normal(well as normal as I can be)

Nancy~~ I am extatic that you are seeing a loss.. You are doing it girl.. just be patient,, I will be needing patience soon.. I am sure a stall is coming my way, I am trying to prepare for it... I am sure you have heard me talk about Kim,, Austins (the four yr olds Mother) well she is trying to be very supportive. And she is doing a very good job, however, last night , she got out some picture of 2000, when I had lost down to a 15/16. My first ever attempt to lose weight, then I blew it,, you have heard that as well.. I dont want to look at those pictures becaus it disheartens me and I look at it so negatively, and she thinks I should look at it as ,, I can do this, I have been there, this is do-able.. WELL,, I am not concentrating on the doable.. I am concentrating on LIFE>> the weight loss is the bonus,, and I dont want to look at the damn pictures.. I had expressed earlier that I did not, but she did it anyways.. So went the explaining of the Mental stress that comes with my situation.. so we had a big talk.. She sees it my way,, but she is just Stubborn,, she is my sister (in my heart) and I understand what she is trying to do. She is slowly understanding that this is SELF healing,, not lecture healing,,, ya know? but I am in my girl Levis and she and her husband were so excited for me that it was awesome.. but it just lead to the above story.. All is okay for now.. there was no fight, but I just needed to express my side of things and she hers.. blah blah.. I am done *****ing,, there is more to come later.. though.. count on it Take Care ALL

Thinthinker~we should start calculating our weight loss each month and tally it up with all of us to see how much we lose as a group.. that would be awesome..

Hello All!

I hope you all will forgive me for being MIA for so long. Between the right arm not working like it should and surgery on Monday I haven't been up to a lot of posts.

Sugery went like a dream...in and out by noon and slept all day after. By Tuesday I felt pretty good and by today I'm feeling fine so long as the cat doesn't walk on me! My darn arm is another story...it's still bothering me and I have limited range of motion without pain...this is so not good!

Anyway, that's been my week. I need to get moving and see what I can do with the office work I brought home. Otherwise, it's couch time for me. I admit to major munchies this week. I'll blame it on the body stress~and try to avoid too much chocolate.

Hope all is well with you! Kisses!!!

Crock: You go girl! Sometimes family thinks they have the answer for us. It sounds like you let her know, again, how you are feeling and she finally understands. I sure hope so. Feel better soon! Hugs.

Toofatforu: Thanks. You are doing well too. I have to say I wish I could call you something else. You are not too fat for any of us. Maybe I will call you TFF! I just want you to have it in your head that you are NOT Too Fat. Okay honey. Hugs.

Lilion: I am so glad that your surgery went well. I have been hoping you would be able to post soon and let us know how you are. You were missed. Don't stress about what you are eating. You are going through enough stress right now with your surgery and recovering.

Blessings everyone,
Dogpal

Tracey - it's so great isn't it when you have plenty of good food in to eat. It makes it much easier to stick to a diet when you have a good choice of food. Personally I like to keep a good stock of low fat snacks, and also fresh vegetables, and when I am running low on both I start to worry. Thank goodness for online grocery shopping, at least I don't have to worry about going out to get what I need now.

Annie - THANK YOU it was Joe Cocker I was thinking of when I was saying that Taylor reminds me of him. I just could not think of the name! Well that's two people now who disagree on the Clooney thing lol, so I guess I need to get some glasses

The hot chocolate was/is gorgeous. I chose a dark chocolate one so that it would have plenty of taste, and that is what it had. I am glad I tried it.

Congratulations on the 4 lbs lost I knew that you were going to have a good loss. I am so thrilled for you

Crock - I am really sorry that you are feeling so blah with the allergies and PMS symptoms. I am glad you are going to the doctor tomorrow and I hope he/she will give you something to make you feel better. Can't go missing out on that lovely fishing trip you had planned.

Patti - I am one of the world's biggers naggers, just ask my husband lol, so I shall be here to remind you (ever so nicely) not to weigh more than once a week You know one of the worst cases when you weigh say on the day before your official WI, and you see you have lost 2 lbs, then you weigh on the proper day and see you haven't lost anything. It's just a fluid fluctuation, but it's still soul destroying, at least to me it is. So I guess if you must take a sneaky peak, make sure it isn't the day before you WI.

Lilion - I am so happy that your surgery went well and that you are recovering well. As for the munchies, if you can't spoil yourself with a few treats after surgery then I don't know when you can. I have hated being in hospital in the past, but the only part I did like was all the yummy treats I could have No grapes for this girl, just chocolates and ice cream, and of course I had lovely cuddly toys (not to eat of course)

Sharon - I hope you had a nice time in the park, and even more than that I hope that the pain you have been having has eased off. If not, then I think you need to go to the doctor, no matter how silly you think the problem is.

Maria Lucia - where are you?

I am going to watch Boston Legal now and then go to sleep. Take care all,

Hugs,

Ammi

Elaine - Good luck with WW!!!

Nancy - WAY TO GO!!! You're almost outta the 3's!!!!

Ammi - Plan on working out a WHOLE LOT! I wanna lose 30 pounds+ by the time I go back to school in the fall. That'd be awesome. I've also got an open entry computer course that I have to work on...but I do it when I want, from here, so I don't even have to go up to the school or anything.

I KNOW I did horribly on my Psych exam, but I turned in an A research paper, so hopefully that'll help out some. Went to another job interview today, and THEY WERENT EVEN THERE! Made me SO mad. I got all dressed up, and went out there, for NOTHING. Found out what it is, though...you collect money from people....door to door. Godawful. I won't worry about scheduling another interview with them.

What a day… I’m glad this week is over! Just one more day of work.

Kayley– Hey there! Nice to meet you too I’m from a while back, and just rejoining the group. How’s the SB going for you? I’m just counting calories and watching fat intake. Oh and exercising too. You’re a college student too? Same here. I just graduated and have started my credential program for teaching. What are you going for? I love psych!

Dogpal – I was going to join curves out here as well. Since I work for the County, I get a discount at certain locations. I decided aginst joining right now tho. Things have gotten hectic with work and school and have very little time to be driving around. So I work out at home with free weights and videos. James is thinking about getting a boflex or some homegym thingy. He wants to get back into shape as well.

Lilion – I glad the surgery went well! *BIG HUGZ*

The day went well for me. I’m so exhausted tho. I weighed in at 358lbs last Thursday, and today I’m at 353lbs. 5lbs!! WOOHOO! I know it’s probably water weight that’s been lost, but it’s still a lost. Let’s hope I can keep this up!

Take care ladies!
