I did nothing at the week-end except some Christmas shopping on Saturday. Did 30 mins Monday, Tuesday and today, aerobics alternating with toning/abs & tums. I walk tomorrow for 30 mins + no choice there, have to go to town to be weighed and I hate getting buses with a pushchair in tow!
keep on exercising, you know we feel better for it!

So far, at 160 minutes I'm a little ahead of my pace. However, I have a feeling the end of the month (with some travel) will be tough for me and I may exercise a little less then. How about everyone else? How are you personally doing?
I had 60 minutes water running on tuesday night and 30 min walking yesterday. May not be able to reach my goals. I had physio today and passed out cold 3 times. We aren't sure why but until I see the doc next week, thats it for me. I don't know even if I am going to go to work or not until then. Even now I feel weak and shakey. Going to just take it easy but will no doubt use my bike a bit on the weekend. Will keep you posted...
