I did nothing at the week-end except some Christmas shopping on Saturday. Did 30 mins Monday, Tuesday and today, aerobics alternating with toning/abs & tums. I walk tomorrow for 30 mins + no choice there, have to go to town to be weighed and I hate getting buses with a pushchair in tow!

keep on exercising, you know we feel better for it!

Ok 1560 + 15 minutes for Shadies= 1575 + my 30 minutes = 1605 group total.

Add 30 mins for me from last night and 30 mins for tonight. WTG so far everyone!

1605 + 60 = 1665 Group Total

OKay, and I had another 33 minutes, so
1665 + 33 = 1698 minutes for the 300+ exer-total!

2000 minutes here we come!!!!

I had 50 minutes of strength training and then 50 minutes on the elliptical, so our group total is

1698 + 100 = 1798!

Jen -- I like the new picture! Way to go on the exercise!

Our group total is 1828 so far, but don't forget to keep track of your OWN individual progress!

So far, at 160 minutes I'm a little ahead of my pace. However, I have a feeling the end of the month (with some travel) will be tough for me and I may exercise a little less then. How about everyone else? How are you personally doing?

Evening Everyone.

I had 60 minutes water running on tuesday night and 30 min walking yesterday. May not be able to reach my goals. I had physio today and passed out cold 3 times. We aren't sure why but until I see the doc next week, thats it for me. I don't know even if I am going to go to work or not until then. Even now I feel weak and shakey. Going to just take it easy but will no doubt use my bike a bit on the weekend. Will keep you posted...

300+ group exer-total ~ 1828 + 90 = 1918 minutes

Personal total - 230 min

Good luck chickies!! Reach those goals before Christmas!!!
