I do not remember the calorie count on the SF chocolates. I know that the WW ones that I really LOVE (they actually taste like real chocolate) are 1 pt for 1 piece...so I think it's a safe estimate that each piece is about 50 calories or so. However...if you are using them for, er, necessity and not pleasure...you might not worry so much aboutthe calories. I take Viactiv chocolate multi-vitamin chews and Benecol caramel chews for my cholesterol in the mornings and I don't count calories for them.
