Angry $%&^*#&

I had written a very long long post. But my computer erased it. I'm sorry. By time I have energy to do this again, my replies will be outdated/irrelevant. I do thank everyone who has replied to me. Blessings to all.

Biggirl – Hehehehe yeah it would figure! This is the first time I’ve ever felt this and I hope the last. But since I’ve been icing it down, and stretching it in the mornings and of course wearing good walking shoes, I’ve been feeling much better. Still hurts when walking about the house barefoot tho. So I keep my sneakers on all the time. Which is strange for me, because I don’t allow shoes on in my house. I have everyone leave them at the door

BamaMom – WOOHOO I like your wish list! I wanna borrow some! Hehehe cause we think alike. My wishes are just like yours.

Tashabella – Ooh I wanna borrow your doctor to Glad you were able to sit down with a Dr who listened to you rather than expect you to listen all the time.

Doxiemom – if this turns out to be Planters Facitis I dunno if Cal State Student Health center will cover it… so I’m praying for the quick and easy answer *big cheesy grin* But definitely, everything you mentioned I am going to do and I’m even wearing my shoes in the house that’s a hard one for me

Today has been a pretty good day. I have been pretty good on the food front, tho I’ve gone over slightly by say 40-127 calories the past few days ( and that’s each day not total hehe). So I am trying to make more on effort to stop eating those few extra calories, although I don’t think they will add much weight on since I have been cutting back 800 calories from what I normally would take in… but murphy’s law! Who knows what those few extra calories will do

I called Cal State about the lap pool to get some information on it’s availability. So far it is looking good that I can use the pool between my classes.

Take care everyone…
Sue…

BamaMom...you speak my language...literally. When I moved to LA I had to learn to speak english again because I was so fluent in Alabama. People look at me funny when I say "Do What?" I had to learn to speak Alabama when I moved there from Florida. @sshat is a great word on general principles. I loved your wish list. When i made my Bio on here I initially made a list of goals. I need to go back in and update them again...but I totally understand yours. BTW..losing weight in the south is tough...many southern foods do not lend themself well to low-fat, low-carb and sugar-free modifications. Sweet Tea is what it is....you can't change it. Biscuits are what they are...and they only get flaky b/c of the shortening used. There is a restaurant that opened here that makes VERY authentic southern food....yeah she uses healthy oils..but whoopdeedo...fried is fried and pie is pie. At least I ate there once before I started WW.

Incidentally...I am wearing an 18-20 tshirt today that is just mammoth on me. I got rid of a boatload of my 24/26 stuff the other day....wow...what a relief. I'm just trying to budget myself...I don't want to buy too much new stuff now, but I need clothing. I am wearing a 22/24 skirt and if it weren't for the drawstring (that is being stretched to its very limits) it would be falling off of me. I wound up buying some men's cargo shorts at Old Navy that were on sale and super comfy...but I can't wear them to weigh in because they are so heavy...but cute!

Argh...so I have a dr's appt. scheduled for next week and I had to cancel and try to reschedule beause of TOM and I know she is going to take a Pap Smear....so I try to reschedule and they reschedule me for 4 weeks later..when I'll have TOM again. So I finally send an email back through the system (yay Kaiser) explaining to them in no uncertain terms that I can't go in for a Pap when I have my period and would they PLEASE find me another appointment time. Argh...I just want to get off my BP meds and see if my wacked out periods are b/c of my weight loss or not.

TOMORROW is my last day of work before VACAY!!! Time seems to be stopped in the meanwhile.

Please get on my case about walking and exercising while I am on vacation...my BF's mom said she'd walk with me in the mornings (unless she gets another job) at the park...which could be cool...but I need to get up and get my arse in gear.

JULEE...WALK ALREADY...don't sit in your chair and become a tv-watching, game playing, snack eating slug over vacation and don't screw up all your hard work.

Sounds simple enough...I guess.
