Hi.
Well, I got to work today in
my car...
I almost didn't get home Monday because it was only going about 20 m.p.h. (we're lucky we didn't get killed). And fortunately (yes I said fortunately), the engine light finally came on and stayed on. I took the car to AutoZone auto parts store (I love them

) and they used the code reader on it for free. My second cylinder was misfiring. We had already put new spark plugs in it over the weekend so we knew it wasn't that. We did the next thing ~ we put on new spark plug wires. I don't want to jinx it, but it did get me to work just fine yesterday and today. Please cross your fingers ~ all of you!
I found some information about PCOS yesterday that was amazing to me and explains a lot of the weird problems I've been experiencing (sensitivities, etc.) It was life-changing information for me because it is so specific to what is going on with me. (If anyone wants it, it's at
http://pcos-support.org. Go to the sections about diet/nutrition and little known facts. Apparently they have come a long way in research over the last two or three years. (I've had PCOS since I was 17 ~ for 20 years.)
Starting today, I'm reducing my carbs. I'm not going no-carb ~ I can't handle that, but I'm going to be very selective. I've had to become a vegetarian due to sensitivities to meat so I'm going to have to be creative when it comes to protein. Wish me luck on that too!
Well, that's where I'm at.
So
where is Dogpal?
Lilion ~ I'm sorry about your dog. I hope it will be OK. Poor baby! Please give it a little hug for me.
