Just ran my route in 23 minutes woohoo!! 1.6 miles. I actually ranb for 17:30 as opposed to the 9 to 11 minutes that I was running before.

I say the hardest thing about exercise is and motivation is starting. If you can wokout for atleast one minute then you won't even want to stop. Starting is the hardest part once you get over that hurdle you can take the world by storm Missmeliss!! I have faith in you I know that you can do it.
