MissMeliss: Anything is better than nothing. There are some days that I barely feel like moving, so I'll do something low intensity (Pilates or stat. bike) for 20 minutes. What ever we do counts! :)

Yesterday (Wed) I overslept and didn't have time to get to the health club for a class before work, so I decided to go to our extra bedroom where we have all our "exercise junk" I decided to try to ride the exercise bike. Right after my knee surgeries I was faithful to ride the bike every day like the good doctor said, but as the time grew longer and I became more active, I let other things take it's place.

So anyway I rode the bike for 20 minutes, and I can't believe how much better my knee felt all day. Do you think the doc really did know best? My instructions after the surgery was to ride the bike daily for the rest of my life. Hummmmmmm

Taking a day of rest. I feel lazy today and I'm eating more than I should today.

VermontChick 05-12-2005 08:00 PM

yes, i exercised....ok i tried...i am house-sitting at my cousin's place and i tried to do my walking tapes, only i made it just half a mile cause i stepped in a mole hole today and twisted my ankle..PLUS i didn't bring supportive shoes, so i could barely do anything at all...boo.
