I finally did some cardio exercise tonight. I put on my Firm - Calorie Killer tape I got off ebay. I lasted 20 minutes. What a great workout. I'll be taking the dog for a 25-30 min walk before bed too.

I also have three healthy soups on the stove. No excuses when there will be soup in the freezer.

For two days:

I've planned healthy meals.
I've journalled.
I've drank 2 liters of water a day.
I exercised 50 minutes of cardio on the first day.
I remain determined.

To all who are going great.

As for me, I finally feel like I can post on this thread. I've had two OP days in a row!!! My WI wasn't very encouraging this morning, but it's making me more determined to stay OP today!!!

I am patting myself on the back for journalling my food for eight days in a row. Not that every day was perfect ( Saturday was NOT!) but I've learned from the journalling and am working this next week on how to cut back a couple of points a day. I have to journal every day. EVERY DAY. I've also done one hour of cardio exercise both yesterday and today. I really need to get my stamina and endurance built back up with the cardio work. I'm really happy with how it felt to complete the two video workouts. Sweaty!

Smile Checking in

Thanks Thin for tracking me down and asking me to come back!
You were right, we have been moving, finally got into our new home 3 days ago. I have been very busy unpacking and arranging things, and have a ways to go yet!
It is turning out to be a good workout! I joined WW after we got to Idaho, but have not lost anything significant til this week. I weighed in tonight with a 4 pound loss, so am thrilled.
I'll have to do lots of reading of posts to get back in the swing of things around here!
ttys!
