Good Morning Ladies,
Well I've got good news and I've got not so good news. The good news is that I rode the bike for 45 minutes last night The bad news is I gained 1.5 lbs. However, I was bad and had on Monday. and leftover yesterday So I know that that 1.5 lbs is But hey, I biked for 45 minutes, that is the longest i've done. And that is also the 4th day in a row that I exercised. So it is not all bad and I will eat better this week. And I will continue to exercise.

Cd, you make a great point there. Your boyfriend being at the opposite end of the spectrum helps us realize that that we are not alone. We are fighting to be smaller and there are those fighting to be bigger. Everyone has some sort of personal struggle, some may not be as outwardly visible as ours, but we all do. for sharing that, because sometimes I know I forget that struggling with weight is not just the "fat" persons disease that society and the media make it out to be. I really think tho, before any positive changes can be made, we have to be comfortable in our own skin, and with who we are.
Well, I am off to get ready for the wonderful land of work.
