So Andria What didya eat? What tempted you so much you couldn't refuse? Did you enjoy it? BarbPa's righ, what is done is done, just pick up and go from here. Seems like you have a great plan, stick with it.

BarbPA, glad you are feeling okay, hope your DH is okay.

I am thankful that God has blessed us with the ability to have and run our own business that is prospering and growing. I just wish it would calm down and get to be a little less stressful.

I'm thankful that I'm not letting it make me crazy

I'm thankful for this 3FC site where I have made so many good friends who I can share my feeling that I can't talk about with people who really "Know" me

I haven't done well with the eating or anything else this week. I have been feeling really bad, and I thing I'm having a flare up of my Sjorgren Syndrome. Since it's all new to me, I'm not sure that's it, but I think maybe it is. I have an appointment with my Rheumy Monday morning so maybe he can do something to make me feel better.

I'm thankful that I didn't get upset when I lost my whole post and had to do it all over again.

Well I'm going to end now before I loose this one.
