Hi Again!
YEP! I exercised so I am back to post. Our weekend was fairly uneventful. All of Saturday was devoted to my friend's party. Her sister, who was throwing it, had a sick baby so I ended up shopping for all the decorations, doing some baking and going early to help set up. We did stay out too late, but had a nice time! Yesterday was the laziest day I have spent in a very long time. Slept late, watched tv, took a nap, watched more tv....you get the idea! Lazy to the fullest of the word!

Food wasn't great this weekend and exercise was bad, which is why I was being so hard on myself to exercise tonight. I ate pretty good today and I am going to make tomorrow a good day as well. I am back to taking it one day at a time! It's amazing how much willpower and motivation this takes. It's a lifetime change!!

Jen - Oh, sweetie, yesterday was certainly a rough day! {{{HUGS}}} Take some time to figure out what you think caused such a binge and hopefully to can hold it off next time! A good start --- get the Reese's out of the house (if there are any left) Those things are addictive! You have come too far and been through too much to do that to yourself!


2Cute - I am so happy that you seem to be feeling a little better - don't push yourself too much too soon! Take is slow!
