Default Looking 4 Weight Loss Buddies

I believe you can never have too many weight loss buddies so Im looking for more, I currently I have 2. Anyway here is my weight loss info

AGE: 29

Starting Weight: 302

Current Weight: 287

Goal Weight: 150

Height: 5'2 & 1/2

Eating Plan: I've created my own and I got down to 284 so far with it so I think Im doing okay, Even though I did go from that to 290 but it wasnt because of my eating plan.

Exercise: I walk outside every morning at 7 am, Then I do 2 miles to my Leslie Sansone DVD and then at 6 or 6:30 pm I do 2 miles again to my dvd.

Terra,
I could probably use a buddy. I'm starting tomorrow. Had to use up some perishables first. I have further to go than you but I'm more than half a foot taller so it works out to about even probably.
Exercise is my problem as I don't walk well and use a crutch. I'm not sure what to do about it. What are your plans?

I would love to have a buddy! I'm 300 with a goal of 160. I'm 5'4 and am 45 yrs old. I am a stay at home Mom. I have depression (under control) and take psych meds which has made me gain alot of weight. I have a treadmill I plan to use and have a walking trail around a retirement village, quite beautiful and peaceful. I plan on eating a 1200 calorie diet plan too, specifically the diabetic diet. Look forward to hearing from you!

I hang out in the getting fit after 40. I do read the daily thread. The threads are a great way to make friends. I made a bunch of true friends in the thread. A few extra special friends who will give me a hug when I need it or a kick in the rear if needed.

Hi Ladies,
Can a Welsh Girl Please join in?
I lost 6 stone in 2012 and then got sick, increased my Psych meds and am not quite back where I was but not far off.
I am what is known as a stay-at-home Mom or Homemaker which I think is a much nicer term than "Housewife"!
My baby girl is off to Uni in 2 weeks but I still have my gorgeous 9 year old boy.
I have dogs, chickens, pigeons and a cat who thinks she is a dog!

Hi Ann,

I weigh myself once every month at the doctor's office but I also sometimes have someone weigh me on our home scale too just to see where I'm at. Ubee is right you were not bad yesterday, Your food choices were bad yesterday. I'm glad to hear your back on track today though. I'm doing good.

Hi Terra1984!
I know that I lost some weight, the arrow is off the 300lb mark, but it is so tiny that with neither my distance glasses or my close up glasses, I can't read what #. Definitely less than 290 but not 300!
Today I have to do a mad clean up for my Mom is coming for a visit. She's bringing my brother up too from Baltimore. I am not in the mood to clean, but lately I am not any day, lol.
I did my BMI here under tools and found that I am morbidly obese at 51. That scared the heck out of me. Maybe that's a good scare to keep me motivated.
How are you doing and what's up with you?
