Ann ~ Thats great that you lost some weight. Thats great that your mom and brother are coming for a visit. Yeah I'm moridly obese at 29 and it scares me too, I also have a risk of being a diabetic and I dont want to become a diabetic so that is what keeps me motivated and seeing the scale go down keeps me motivated also. I am doing good. I've just been busy with school. I'm gonna work out for the first time tonight in a week. I havent worked out in a week cause my heel has a crack in it but its getting better now, At first it was very painful to walk on so I wasnt able to work out. I'm glad I'm able to work out again.

I am also 29 and looking for a weight loss buddy. Im on day 6 of Ideal protein and would love to have someone similar age/weight to talk to

My Mom didn't come, not sure what happened, but I was all ready...
Seeing the scale go down is definitely a motivator and a hoorah moment. Are you in college? What are you studying?
I am sorry to hear bout your heel, heel pain is very painful. I had plantar fascitis before and it was miserable. I haven't been exercising. I need motivation on that. My son said that would make the scale go down even more!
