Default need to get motivated!!!!

Once again I'm starting over! That's a big fat boo I feel I have the most trouble eating sweets and late at night. So I'm trying to cut the sweets out and not eat after 9 pm. Yesterday I swam laps for 30 mins and then walked a mile at the track.... I was all on bored and ready to get this done. Today is a different story. It's like I have no desire so exercise at all. I don't if it's because of the rain or if it's jump me getting sucked back into the fat me. I am ashamed of my weight I don't want to tell anyone how much I weigh in my life... my goal today is to ask my friend to help me keep on track and actually tell her how much I weigh!

I understand completely! I had a meltdown when I stepped on the scale and saw it had hit 330.. Most I'd ever seen before that was 304. So here I am, starting all over again.

Just gotta keep moving forward! You can do it. Hope you find your groove soon.

I finally got off my butt and swam some laps today... it always makes me feel better when I finish, I just have trouble getting started lol
