I did cardio and weight training today, but its Friday and my body told me that Pilates was out of the question. I'm going to come up short of goal this month, I think.

Finally back to moving at least a little --- 45 minutes on the hill trails today. So that makes 2 actual and deliberate exercise sessions since the middle of April. Sheeeeeesh. I will do better in May, I promise!

Another day of struggling with the workouts, but I stayed and participated in the whole hour of Pilates and felt better for it later. Then I walked for half an hour.

Monday, 40 min weights and then an hour of Zumba.
Yesterday an hour of Zumba and an hour and 15 minute yoga class.
